Years ago, Cheng was working in a demanding corporate job. Though she was very successful, the role did not inspire and felt like a burden.
Cheng began to envision a dream job where the company’s values, reward and recognition operated in harmony in the service of a joyful, meaningful purpose. In this dream company:

Cheng took the plunge and left her glittering career in 2010 to set up her own financial planning agency in order to make this dream a reality.
