We are not a large agency, so we have been very intentional about how we mentor, how we train and how we create and nurture a close-knit culture. These three elements are part of our company ‘DNA’, articulated by our leader Cheng and relentlessly lived every day. This has allowed us to serve companies, families and individuals of all ages and stages faithfully since 2010 while building up a strong, united team. We believe few agencies can claim the breadth and depth of experience and expertise in the financial planning solutions we offer.

Financial literacy is a real gap in society.

(Then) Senior Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam shared in Parliament (Feb 2020)* that only about 1 in 5 feel that they are knowledgeable about investing, and many don’t know when to start planning for their finances.

and Our Giving

Our Social Good focus harnesses our knowledge and expertise to serve others. We do so by conducting pro-bono courses and webinars on financial literacy to a wide range of audiences.

In our increasingly volatile, dynamic world, there is an urgent need to raise the level of financial literacy to help people make prudent financial decisions and not to fall for scams. The digital world means more convenience and better and faster services, but also an increased exposure to higher risk products, which requires a higher level of financial literacy.

This need cuts across all sectors of society. Operating from our strengths, this is a need that our knowledge and expertise gives us a unique ability to address.

  • As part of our Social Good effort, we help conduct pro-bono coaching and teaching to a wide range of corporate and lay audiences on financial literacy.
  • We aim to teach 2,030 people by year 2030.

 

We also serve the less fortunate through partnerships and more conventional direct help (donations, and deliveries of food) regularly. As we have been blessed, so we must bless others.
