Meng Lu’s empathy for others, being understanding, and my trust for her are the key reasons marks the beginning and built the foundation of my friendship with her.

Trust is a peculiar word. We use it often but how much do we really live up the true definition of the word itself? As for me and maybe for many others, trust is earned via many validations throughout the journey of building a relationship. That is how Meng Lu and I developed our trust in each other as partners in our growth.

Meng Lu and I are long term friends since university days and I am confident to say many would agree that she will never hesitate to offer help to anyone in need. What marks the difference is not only she is kind-hearted, she is also capable to catch those moments when one is in need of help even without asking. That takes empathy, the power of being understanding so she is always putting herself out there, ready to extend a listening ear, helping hand to get through difficult times with those in need.

I am glad that this trust continues after graduation. As life goes on, there are more concerns that we have as a young adult. Life commitments, being the new pillar of support for the family, starting our own litter and new family. I am more than glad that while I am working hard to build a life by myself, there is a close friend and advisor who is looking after my back. She proactively reminds me of areas that I might be missing out, pave the pathway for a comfortable life for me.

Michelle & Tim are a friendly and approachable team, they meticulously accessed my assets and cash flow to recommend the best critical illness plan available for my budget. I cannot stress enough on the importance of this and they also showed me the numerous benefits of getting one started at a young age; not only is it inexpensive but the benefits are manifold.

Given what little business knowledge I have, they were very patient in explaining every nitty-gritty detail to answer all of my questions and concerns. The complex plans offered by insurance companies may be intimidating to most that are new to this but once you get the gist of it, it is actually quite simple.

Hardworking agents that would sit for hours with you so that you can decide what plans are best for you are hard to come by. They would not even try to upsell me to a higher level plan and would recommend that I stick to the accessed budget and leave upgrading to the future as I am still a full-time undergraduate. Lastly, they even hooked me up with a better vehicle insurance plan managed by another agent on their team which helped me to save a lot of money!

Overall, the experience was pleasant, Michelle and Tim are easy to communicate with and easily overcame the agent-client barrier. They are efficient in their work and are consistently looking to upgrade themselves in this industry. Definitely looking forward to working with them in the future.

源于好友介绍认识梦璐，起初给我的印象是为人热情，很有亲和力。第一次让梦璐帮忙看一份公司给我买的健康保险，她十分耐心，帮我依依查看，解释，非常有耐心。接触多了，发现她对自己的工作很热爱，很有使命感，认为自己所从事的工作是很有价值和有意义的，而非为了工作而工作。她总能把顾客当作朋友一样相处，真心的为对方考虑，遇到任何情况都可以保持高素养以及微笑待人。渐渐地我们成为了朋友，在梦璐手上买了房屋保险，一直以来她对我很关心，一遇到相关问题，她主动问候，关心，我真的很感动。单身一人在新加坡的我，很感谢梦璐对我的关心和帮助，也感谢AIA公司培养出这样优秀的人才。

梦璐是我在教会中认识的姐妹。最开始得知她在AIA上班，当时我打算买一份保险给我自己，可是却对保险并不了解。 梦璐给我了很多帮助，她为我解释住院险和重疾险有什么不同，我算是一个比较抠细节的人，时常拿着保险条规去问她。她也是不厌其烦的细心讲解。 即使在买完保险后，她也会时常解答我的各种问题，帮助我去弄懂该怎么下载保险收据，怎么去交保费。在新年时候给我准备了礼物。
