What motivated me to join AIA
As a father of three children, I had firsthand experience of how unpredictable life can be. My youngest daughter was diagnosed with Craniosynostosis at just four months old, and her treatment involved the care of four doctors. The total medical bill came to $98.9k.
Thankfully, AIA reimbursed me 95% for this medical expense, which helped alleviate the financial burden on my family.
This experience motivated me to join AIA, as I am passionate about helping others prepare for and manage unexpected events in their lives.
What drives me as an agent
As an agent, I am driven by a strong sense of responsibility towards my clients. It is crucial for them to trust that I can be there for them whenever they need me. The insurance industry is all about understanding peoples’ needs, treating them with empathy, and prioritising service.
